What you bring to the work.
Our main interest is in frontend and backend development. These technologies give a sense of the skills we're looking for, not a checklist you need to complete.
Frontend development
Building interfaces that are clear, accessible and reliable. We'd like to hear about the decisions behind your work as well as what it looks like.
JavaScript and TypeScript, React or Next.js, Vue or Angular, with strong HTML and CSS foundations.
Backend development
Designing APIs, working with data and keeping services dependable. Tell us how you approach testing, security and the systems your software connects to.
Node.js, Python with Django or FastAPI, C# and .NET, Java with Spring, or PHP with Laravel. SQL and database experience are useful across these stacks.
Work across both? We'd like to hear from full-stack developers too. If your strongest skills sit elsewhere, tell us what you do well.
Experience matters. So does how you think.
We're particularly interested in senior developers who can take ownership of a problem and make considered technical decisions. You don't need a senior title to introduce yourself.
Whether you're established in your field or still developing your experience, help us understand what you've built and what you want to work on next. Clear communication and thoughtful problem-solving matter alongside technical skills.

What could working together involve?
It could mean contributing to our own work, supporting a client delivery team or connecting with a relevant opportunity. We discuss the scope, engagement terms, location and working arrangements when there is a specific opportunity to consider.
Do I need a public portfolio?
No. A short account of a project and your contribution is useful, especially if your work is confidential. Share only what you have permission to disclose. A CV, LinkedIn profile or public code can add context, but none is required for an introduction.
